Harvested October 12th from our Naramata Bench Estate at 23.5 Brix sugar level. After gentle pressing and several days settling in tank, the wine was fermented in small batches with manual punch-downs daily. This vintage shows our typical style – elegant structure yet sufficient tannins to further develop with bottle aging, after 21 months aging in French Oak barrels. Damson plum colour with aromas of plum & black cherry. Ripe, soft tannins and a touch of toast round it out.
