Sourced from 2 Naramata Bench vineyards: Artemisia Vineyard (3 Mile Rd) and Maple Leaf Spirits (Naramata Rd). Harvested Oct. 24 th . Sugar level averaged 23.2 Brix and acidity 7 grams/litre. Following de-stemming and crush, we cold soaked for 2 days prior to starting fermentation. Pressed after the completion of fermentation 17 days later. Aged in a combination of premium American and French oak barrels for 21 months.
