Sourced from our Naramata Bench Vineyard and nearby Wheeler Vineyard (also on the Naramata Bench). Fermented very dry at cool temperatures in stainless steel to retain aromas of pineapple, grapefruit & lychee. 5% of the must was barrel fermented in new French Oak. Tropical fruit flavours with a touch of spice. Pair with Asian cuisine, turkey dinner and Middle Eastern meals.

The must was fermented very cool in stainless steel to preserve the aromas and flavours; five percent was fermented in barrel, adding texture.
